Job Description :
Title: Scrum Master
Location: Jupiter, FL
Estimated Duration: 24 months with possible extension.
Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project


Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier, and the world leader in generating renewable energy, is hiring a Scrum Master to work in Jupiter, FL.

Responsibilities:

Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution;
Responsible for employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management;
Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.

Requirements:

Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams where team members are geographically diverse;
Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and development teams;
Experience with applications used by field personnel;
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
Experience managing budgets;
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission access;
Scrum Master certification;
Six Sigma certification.
