Job Description :
Our Customer is looking to procure qualified candidates for Scrum Master (J2EE) Requirement.
· 10 to 12 years hands on development experience
· Scrum Master certified J2EE professional is preferred
· Candidate should have Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience of Scrum Master role
· Hands on development and architect experience
· Expertise or very good knowledge on cloud based application design/architecture
· Should be able to visualize the entire application landscape and guide the technical team on the architecture
· Should be able to help the team in tracking the impediments to closure
· Should be able to identify and guide the team on the Agile frameworks
· Should be able to lead a small to medium size team in all phases of Development life cycle.
· Need some exposure to working in projects for financial institutions around investment banking or custodian banking.
· Should be self-driven with very good communication and management skills.
