Required Skills:
· Experience with Agile development methodologies Required 7 Years
· Experience as agile scrum master Required 5 Years
· Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the business partner and the operational aspects of the project. Required 5 Years
· Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Solicit stakeholder feedback. Required 5 Years
· Lead agile ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Required 5 Years
· Assist in the development and management of the product backlog. Prioritize, design, and implement new features and enhancements. Required 5 Years
· Manage risks and track issues throughout the project. Required 5 Years

Job Description:
The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the State of Iowa is looking for a Scrum Master to join our Application Development team
Act as the product champion, and will be able to evangelize the product vision effectively to their team and to stakeholders
Understand basic fundamentals of software development process
Proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning
Collaborate with and present to business and technical teams as well as different levels of leadership
Work on multiple concurrent projects/iterations with multiple scrum teams
