Job Description :

· Scrum Master experience with technical background
· Experience in Banking & Financial Services
· Experience/Familiarity in technology (Java, Oracle)
· Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
· Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Competencies
· Proven experience leading Scrum technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team
· Experience in facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
· Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
· Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
· Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
· Provide leadership, vision and design direction for the team and experience in leading development teams
· Must be willing to work diligently to meet project deadlines
