Position: Scrum Master
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Duration: Full time
Work Experience
1-3 years experience as Scrum Master
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with agile concepts
Demonstrated leadership skills with project and/or technical teams
Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others in agile
Desired
Strong written / verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality
Excellent relationship and collaboration skills
Ability to deal effectively with challenging situations
Ability to think critically and apply appropriate judgment and creativity to a wide variety of information technology issues
Experience with enterprise agile planning tools (e.g. Jira)
Experience with enterprise software development preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree from accredited University or College
Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master)
