Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management – Scrum Master Certified (CSM)/ Should have past experience in Project Management/ Agile Experience/ knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA/Rally/ Should be able to drive the adoption of agile best practices, including TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, code reviews, automated testing, to ensure that teams deliver on time with high quality./ Should be able to facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolutions among stakeholders and team members.
Responsible for running sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review/ retrospective, daily standups, and release planning meetings./Drive the adoption of agile best practices, including TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, code reviews, automated testing, to ensure that teams deliver on time with high quality./Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolutions among stakeholders and team members./Quickly remove obstacles to ensure on track delivery of projects./Prepare and present project updates to customers, ensuring close communication.
Experience coaching teams new to the Scrum process and framework./ Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills.
