Responsibilities:
· 10 to 12 years total IT experience.
· Scrum Master with Business Analysis in Investment banking experience is must.
· Working experience in onsite offshore team structure.
· Candidate should have Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience of Scrum Master role
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be preferred
· Expertise or very good knowledge on cloud based application design/architecture
· Should be able to visualize the entire application landscape and guide the technical team on the architecture
· Should be able to help the team in tracking the impediments to closure
· Should be able to identify and guide the team on the Agile frameworks
· Should be able to lead a small to medium size team in all phases of Development life cycle.
· Should have experience in requirement gathering and good story writing.
· Should be self-driven with very good communication and management skills.
