SM Skillsets:
1. 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
2. Ability to conduct scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, SCT meetings, Estimation Sessions, Demos, Retrospective and other cadences
3. Lead and oversee the assigned sprint team and guide them in Agile methodologies
4. Attend Scrum of Scrum forum and discuss progress, impediments and dependencies
5. Understand the product, and review the product backlog and user stories
6. Prioritize the backlog and create release plans based on product road map and business needs
7. Identify training needs, create training plan & materials, and conduct training for the team, peers and the larger group on Agile principles
8. Identify impediments and work with relevant team to remove them
BA Skillsets:
9. Have very good listening and comprehension skills.
10. Ability to interact with product managers and senior stakeholders
11. Be inquisitive in eliciting details with the capability to articulate and present complex situations/scenarios that can be understood by different audiences
12. Able to organize, facilitate and conduct work sessions - large and small - with cross functional stakeholders
13. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision to produce quality work products in a timely manner
14. Experience with writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile framework
15. Work experience in Kanban (in addition to Scrum) is an advantage
16. Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, Power point, and Visio, and video conferencing and IM (Skype
17. Have an aptitude for technology and creativity in applying technology to business domain
18. Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks as needed.

Description:
React Native, Android and iOS technologies and demonstrative: 2 years (Required)
Minimum 1 year of experience writing code for iOS/Android apps in React Native, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience building applications using JavaScript frameworks like React or AngularJS required
Cross-Platform Mobile Development using React Native
Experience designing and developing mobile applications in a complex operating environment; financial industry experience strongly preferred
Experience in app design and development for iOS using Objective-C and Android using Java is a plus
Understanding of object-oriented design, client-server architecture, and relational database design
Experience with the publishing process for both Apple and Google app stores
Experience with or understanding of web servers (i.e. Apache, Nginx)
Experience with or understanding of database technologies to include relational databases, NoSQL databases (i.e. MongoDB, Casssandra, etc, and SQL
Working knowledge of agile software development life-cycle
