Job Description:
As Scrum Master, you will lead and drive one or more project streams/tracks following Lean Agile process. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to iteratively deliver complex and global-scaled products. As an agile master, you’ll manage the success of each iteration and challenge your team to refine processes to increase efficiencies and deliver well-polished, working software every iteration. Your skills will be utilized to coach development team members and broaden the organization’s delivery practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Product owner to prioritize sprint backlog.
Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in addressing blockers and dependency resolution
Collaborate with user communities and project teams for seamless QA activities including UAT .
Contribute to continuous improvement and drive product quality and engineering velocity
Perform peer to peer coaching, training and mentoring to improve process competencies
Lead the efforts of developing Agile software engineering and management best practices.
Use iteration management to deliver demoable results every sprint
Create Agile communication plan

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines and 10+ years of experience.

Certifications:
o Agile Certified Practitioner /Certified Scrum Master (CSM) /Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO)/SAFe Program Consultant 4 (SPC4
o Project Management Professional (PMP)

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in leading and managing large Agile programs and projects, including extensive experience in managing software development and system deployments.
4+ years of experience in supporting an enterprise wide Agile transformation.
3+ years of experience in conducting Agile team training.
Experience leading efforts to prepare life cycle documents, including Use Cases, Requirements System Design Alternatives, System Development Plans, Detailed Design Specifications, and Implementation Plans.
