Job Description :
Providing end-user support for Cybrary products and services, including access issues, assistance with product features and usage, etc.
Managing planning and scheduling for training program.
Supporting usage metrics collection from 60+ vendors for analysis and dashboard maintenance.
Collecting and standardizing externally published scientific literature and metadata for the internal regulatory system
Assisting with maintenance of group SharePoint sites and Cybrary information portal.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; strong communication skills; self-directed; very strong attention to quality and detail

Minimum of 5 years of professional, customer-focused experience
Library experience highly preferred
Pharmaceutical industry experience or science background helpful
Technical mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite needed; SharePoint experience helpful
