This position requires solid design experience in Salesforce implementations and hands-on experience in migrating data between Orgs utilizing ETL tool(s
Primary Responsibility:
The Salesforce Consultant needs to own Data Migration Efforts (planning, implementation and actual migration Our client will provide details about current data model, new data model and the rules to migrate data from old model to new model.
The resource is responsible for choosing an ETL tool based on requirements and cost constraints & automating data migration process for repeatable usage.
Need to migrate data multiple times from old org for UAT testing and Production deployment. This should be possible using a single click.
Secondary Responsibility:
Review the new Architecture, Data model and Org migration plan and provide suggestions to ensure successful re-design & implementation.
