Minimum Qualifications :
Requirement gathering and gap Analysis, solution mapping, understanding of SFDC / Veeva CRM functionalities
Job responsibilities:
Resource should be able to understand the business requirements and map them to Veeva/SFDC CRM functionalities
Resource sho uld be able to discuss with business, understand the requirement and convert into solution
mappings
Resource should be able to works directly with business and the IT team both Onsite and Offshore
Resource will have to ov ersee project,status report and highlight issues / risks,if any
Reso urce should have good oral and written communication
Knowledge of HP-ALM and GXP documentation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Pharma CRM experience, Veeva
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
