Job Title : Salesforce Test lead

Job Description:
Minimum 6-8 years of testing experience in which 3+ years of managing complex Salesforce QA projects.
Prior hands on experience of working (in all phases of testing life cycle) in Salesforce QA area for large Financial organizations (auto finance domain experience is preferred)
Certified SFDC testing professionals are preferred (like SFDC ADM certified etc)
Experience of working in Agile projects using DevOps model (CSM Certified preferred)
Prior experience of creating testing strategies/Test methodologies (including writing test plans, test cases, conduct manual tests and use/create automation/or tools
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in defining project expectations and timelines for deliverable to fellow team members.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (10) Knowledge of testing tools (like Selenium, QTP, other) preferred. Experience with device testing (iPhone, iPad, android etc are preferred
