Salesforce Professional with in-depth knowledge of various features of Salesforce like Sales, Service, Site.com
Must have 10 plus years of total IT experience with 6 plus years in Salesforce
Experience in Salesforce CMS Site.com
Must have hanled onsite and offshore team
Should be able to prepare and review functional documents
Should be able to Identify business issues and provide Cost Effective Solution
Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business.
Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD’s (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR’s (Non-Functional Requirements
Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert unit test scripts into business UAT scripts
Should be hands-on in Salesforce Configuration and coding
Should be able to decide strategies and objectives
Should be able to apply change, risk and resource management
Salesforce certification strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
