Required Skills/Experience :
Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce Techno-Functional BSA type experience.
Strong people and communication skills
Able to quickly understand the business process and needs, and translate them into business requirements
Strong background in driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, solutioning especially in the areas of data analysis, data extraction/delivery, source/target mappings and reporting.
Strong background in Techno-Functional Salesforce Administration and custom code analysis
Strong IT background with experience in data analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Engage with the business users at different levels to understand business needs, and document the requirements. Analyze and evaluate the requirements and make recommendations on solutions/implementation.
Work with various program owners, business partners, IT teams, and the application teams to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.
Partner with various business partners across the and solution teams and business intelligence technology functionality to meet evolving business requirements and information needs.
Techno Functional BSA with Salesforce Administration and code analysis
