1. 9+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
2. Experience working in onsite offshore model
3. Ability to understand business requirements from business users
4. Ability to translate business requirements into design
5. Experience working in agile methodology
6. Proficient in Apex and Visual force
7. Good understanding of Salesforce features that includes custom objects, standard objects, workflows, approvals, analytics etc.
8. Advance developer certification is a plus
9. Must have experience leading a project
