Role: Salesforce Technical Developer
Location: Frisco, TX
Duration: Long term contract

Role Description
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards. • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
Experience with platforms like Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder and Personalization Builder
Experience with Studios (Channels) like Automation Studio, Social Studio, Email Studio, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio and Web Studio.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connector v2 to v5 and beyond.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.
Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org.
Collaborate and train other team members.
Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery.

Experience (Years) 8-10

Essential Skills
Four year college degree or equivalent course work.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.
Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and configuration is a must.
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.
Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding
Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects.
Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.
Ability to work with diverse departments across an organization.
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.
Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement.
Support day to day application incident and Support requests.
Team player
