Job Title: Salesforce Technical Developer

Job Description:
This position is responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating system requirements and implementing solutions for projects and enhancements using the SalesForce platform.
Must have the business and technical ability to define systematic approaches to solving issues and drive the direction of a solution;
Knowledge of cross team functionality;
Represents the team outside the department, especially to the business
Must be able to work independently. Proactively search out potential problems and recommend resolutions.
Must demonstrate ability to acquire skills with minimal formal training - must be a self-starter.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with Development teams on multiple/parallel releases on Salesforce.com
- Maintain instance deployment schedule/calendar
- Help dev teams on the best practices using GitHub and compliance with the Check In/Check out/ Dev Merge processes
- Knowledge on automated deployment using Jenkins/other tools
- Explore other release management software tools such as Auto rabbit and work with Architecture team on the tool deployment if approved
Required Qualification(s): Salesforce, GitHub, Jenkins, Auto Rabbit
Preferred Qualification(s): HealthCare experience
