We are building an enterprise wide Franchise Relationship Management system by using Salesforce. We currently already use Salesforce but will be expanding it to a lot more users in 2019. We would be getting a new environment, we would have to cut our current environment over to the new one, and then build out all in scope use cases.
Ideally, this resource will have worked on large Salesforce implementations. We will be starting with a user base of 500 users so there are quite a few use cases ranging from forms, processes, approvals, email automation, etc. We are also intending on building out a Franchisee facing portal by utilizing Salesforce Communities.
Ideally, the Salesforce developer would be able to build all of the items mentioned above and test them. We would also need a resource who has strong communication skills and understand basic to complex Salesforce use cases
