Job Title: ESS Tech Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6+ Months

The resource will be responsible to provide Application Management Services ("AMS") for their existing Salesforce Organizations and any new future Salesforce Organizations. The services, functions and responsibilities in this area will consist of the following:

- Providing services application maintenance and development support.

- Manage ongoing support of the systems for any break occurred.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis for high severity and Repetitive issues.

- Enhancement to the application with new business requirements.

- Provide Governance for overall delivery of services project tracking.
