The Senior Salesforce Team lead will Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. Create the high-level design artifacts. Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Principal Software Engineer for Salesforce .
Responsible for the analysis of project requirements and the development of technical specifications. Develops, tests, debugs and implements code for existing and/or proposed business applications and/or computer systems. Responsible for all procedural and code documentation on assigned projects. Has experience with all phases of application programming. Has demonstrated knowledge in the software implementation lifecycle/Agile and specific programming languages.
Knowledge/Skills:
More than 10+ years of Strong hands on experience IT experience with at least 8 years of Salesforce technologies that includes Custom development, integration and Data Migration experience.
Must have Salesforce Developer I and Developer II certifications .
Experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud is required
Strong knowledge of APEX Code Development Experience (5+ Years)
Knowledge of User Interface languages: HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, AJAX is a plus
Expertise in Salesforce technology stack (APEX, Visual Force, Lightning components)
Experience in SQL Server or other RDBMS skills are required
Experience in building Salesforce Triggers
Familiarity with Process Builder, Flow and Workflow Rules
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model
Strong Knowledge of Salesforce API and connectivity using REST and SOAP Web Services
Ability to Write SOQL Queries
Proficient with different Versions Control System and Tools: Git (or Bit Bucket)
Possesses detailed knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle methodologies such as Agile
Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
Demonstrate strong partnerships skills with Sales and Product teams
Good understanding of PHP/Java is a plus
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
