We are recruiting for a Sr. ERP Analyst to support the Salesforce Lightning platform. The contractor will work closely with Technology Services, other agency resources, and the software vendor as needed.
You will partner with senior management and end-users within the City on supporting the highlyvisible Salesforce platform, which will include the analysis, configuration/implementation, and support/maintenance phases of the SDLC.
We are not looking for a developer whose focus has been coding APEX or Visual Force pages, as we are trying to move away from custom code as much as possible. This position will be focused on system requirements gathering & validation, configuration, and solutioning with analysts and developers.
Expected Responsibilities: • Configuring solutions in Salesforce Lightning in the capacity of a Salesforce Administrator. • Completing systems analysis activities for project and/or backlog work on Salesforce, including documenting user stories, working with QA resources on planning and completing testing, and coordinating UAT with end users. • Learning business processes for assigned work and providing input on appropriate solutions. • Following TS documentation and change management processes. Qualifications: Minimum three years of current, professional experience analyzing and supporting applications which should include one year of experience performing lead work for multi-sized projects, including:
Experience as a Salesforce Admin, with expertise in creating solutions in Salesforce Lightning o Admin certification is a plus, or examples of completed Trailhead trainings • Flexibility to handle multiple projects/tasks and shifting priorities • Creating functional and technical specifications, including user stories and process diagrams
Excellent team collaboration • Developing and coordinating end user testing • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or other JIRA-like tool
