Candidate is should have a good knowledge on
i. Drop down changes
ii. Workflow changes
iii. Process builder changes
iv. Integration changes / adjustments – we have several third party tools (Conga, FormsAssembly, Zapier, EAI etc. etc
1. Who will be able to work with the business and learn and support the applications
2. Prepare High Level documentation for each app.
3. Some Visual Force experience will be required
4. Strong knowledge of Workflow, Process Builder, Approvals
5. Experience with AppXchange
6. Admin (ADM 201) certified -required
7. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certified
8. Salesforce Certified Platform developer I required and II preferred
