Relevant Experience (Yrs): Must has 10+ years of overall CRM experience. With 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Solution Architect
Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience in Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com
Understand requirements, conduct requirements elaboration and create design
Participate and lead the development of client deliverable content
Develop a prioritized backlog of architectural/platform requirements as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway
SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the architecture. Design CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
Support and maintain the CRM Applications and troubleshoot the issues and engage the development team as required.
Education and Experience
4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
6+ years of experience implementing Salesforce is required
Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
