Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Remote (50% Travel to Various locations)
Duration: Long term contract
Solutions Architect – with overall 15 years of experience and 4 years of Architect experience
Job Description:
3+ years of solution design experience, including technical implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP ), filling positions of increasing responsibility
Salesforce certified admin with 3+ years on the Salesforce platform in a technical and/or functional role that has owned defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer engagement/facilitation skills
Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and/or optimize technical requirements.
Support customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies.
A particular desire to continually study new technologies, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and a self-starter.
Travel to client site (average of 50%), but may be higher or lower based on the client engagement.
Bachelor''s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field.
Responsibilities:
Advise customers in their needs related to deploying or optimizing their Salesforce platform, which can include technical and functional delivery aspects, program and project strategies, enabling technologies and application integration.
Advise diverse teams, which can include customer and partner resources.
Learn, develop and use best practices in all areas of knowledge and guidance.
Use influence and adaptive communication strategies
Support the Trusted Advisor reputation of Salesforce and contribute to the customers’ high expectation and satisfaction
Assist in the creation of application and technical design

Strong presentation skills.
Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
2+ years big 4 consulting experience.
