Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6-12 years of experience.
Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.

Salesforce Case management and Entitlements
Overall experience with Service cloud
Must have experience with SMAX
Good experience on SMAX data model and its objects like Locations, Installed Products, Work Orders
SFDC
Experience in overall Salesforce configurations and standard functionalities
Excellent understanding of Salesforce object model and relationships
Understanding of Salesforce Roles, Profiles, permission sets and overall access & visibility management
Working knowledge of Salesforce standard reporting capabilities
Database skills are a plus
Exposure to Pharma industry preferred
Experience with Lightning or at least need exposure to Lightning is preferred
Veeva
Should have very good understanding of overall functionality for Veeva CRM Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
