Job Description :
TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of IT experience
7+ years as a Salesforce developer/architect in an enterprise-level environment
Should have done at least 3 Service Cloud (Case, CTI, knowledge, community) Implementations. Lightning experience preferred.
Comfortable with declarative and programmatic development on the Salesforce.com and lightning platform
Force.com customisation includes the use of Visualforce, Apex, SOQL and APIs (REST, SOAP etc. )
Developing integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third-party integration tools (Jitterbit, Cast Iron, Mulessoft, ESBs, Pervasive, Talend etc)
Functional understanding of CRM including customer service.
Service Cloud certification is must
Salesforce Developer (Platform1 or 2), Sales Cloud certifications preferred.
Data migration experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with customers on the planning, documenting, developing, and implementing of projects.
Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and maintain high quality solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
Participate in design and code reviews and follow best practices, patterns and principles.
Work as a Lead of a project team building new functionality and enhancing existing functionality
Perform unit and integration testing, and support system testing plus automated / regression testing.
Provide support to troubleshoot, track and resolve application production issues.
Maintain quality source code control using TFS/SVN.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
Ensure clients'' needs are met in a timely manner
