Job Description :
Role: Sr. Salesforce ScrumMaster
Location: Deerfield, IL
Duration: 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities
Demonstrated development experience with Salesforce and Siebel CRM as well as project management experience with proven ability to manage large projects in healthcare domain preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships; with the ability to engage resources outside of direct control to gain consensus, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives
Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers and ship a release
Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Agile and Scrum more philosophically, than just a process
Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and self organize to ship a release
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (a.k.a. grooming) and managing the product backlog
Staying hands on to comprehend the what, the why, the where, the when and on a high level of the release being shipped
Ability to organize, write clear user stories with test criteria, draft documentation for the release, smoke test a release, and demo it
Demonstrate technical thought leadership, Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
Own communication and provide direction to the offshore project team(s

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce.com certification
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
6+ years of CRM industry experience with overall 12+ years of experience
Agile certification preferred
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
Quality and cost driven
Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans
Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
