Job Description:
Formulating, defining, and documenting complex business requirements and associated system specifications
Facilitating training and discovery sessions with business users and executives in regional markets; these sessions may be virtual, or in person, the latter of which will require some in-region travel
Configuring Sales Cloud prototypes during design, and assisting with implementation configuration and roll-out
Working closely with development teams to design, build and test applications
Providing direction for system enhancements and defect fixes
Presenting ideas and information in group settings
Prioritizing of critical deadlines and multi-tasking across projects
Interacting with all levels of management
Work with Salesforce Developers to communicate requirements for APEX coding
Devises or modifies procedures, including documentation, to solve complex problems while considering other enterprise systems and company goals
Communicates with the global team to align regional requirements
Provide detailed documentation to both the business and developer teams
Assist with outlining level of effort on development and new functionality
