Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master
Relevant Experience (Yrs): 9+ Years of IT experience; 4+ years’ experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, etc
PM/Functional Skills:
Project Manager and Scrum Master for Salesforce project
· Strong understanding of Agile approach to project management
· Must have worked as Scrum Master
· Expert ability to work across multiple vendors, client teams, both internally and externally, to influence project
contributors and stakeholders at all levels
· Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM and able to articulate the core benefits of CRM out of box
solutions as well as basic implementation methodologies associated with Salesforce
· Assist Architects, Program Manager in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot
and user acceptance testing sessions
Able to conduct workshops on strategy and road mapping and build the resulting implementation plans
Strong presentation and communication skills
Education and Experience
· 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
