Description:
The IT Project Manager manages Salesforce CRM and cloud application integration and deployment projects. Works closely with PMO, Business and Technical team resources on Digital Transformation initiative.
Manages the integration of cloud applications with Salesforce CRM and transition from legacy systems.
Lead cross-functional teams with various levels of experience with the Agile software development process.
Lead Scrum teams to deliver quality releases reflecting user stories, business process flows, as-is and to-be scenarios.
Requirements:
B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience.
5 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.
In-depth experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with MS project, JIRA, MSWord, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing, Order and Service clouds or relevant CRM experience.
Experience with 3rd party integrators.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM preferred. CSM certification preferred.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives a plus. Experience in the Legal and Education industries a plus.
