Salesforce Program Manager
Relevant Experience (Yrs): Must has 14+ years of overall IT experience. With 6+ years of experience as CRM Program Manager
Technical/Functional Skills:
· Experience in leading an organization through CRM transition and SFDC implementation
· Experience working within global environment and interfacing with stakeholders in multiple business units
domestically and internationally
· Experience spearheading a large Salesforce deployment.
· Proven track record in Large Scale Full Life-cycle Program
· Ability to participate in both technical and non-technical discussions related to Salesforce architecture and
configuration
· Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision
making, and problem solving skills
· Must have experience in managing program in Agile framework
Education and Experience
· 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
· 6+ years of SFDC program management experience
· Salesforce certificates are a plus.
