Technical/Functional Skills:
Custom development experience in Force.com (Apex, Visual force, Lightning), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications.
Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery
You must be passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
You will have superb communication and project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
You will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
You will have 4+ years in Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture role including bid responses and pitch delivery.
You will have 12+ years’ experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or packaged or custom software delivery.
You’ll have demonstrated your leadership skills by running a team or teams.
You may have experience with Salesforce in a pre-sales, development or configuration capacity.
You may have demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com including two or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) or demonstrated progress in Trailhead.

Experience Required:
7+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com

Summary of Position:
You will design, estimate and price application architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Social, Communities) that meet a client’s business requirements. Responding at ‘the speed of sales’ to the needs of the Go-To-Market team you’ll build their trust in you. You’ll write RFP responses, attend ‘first call’ meetings, prepare showcases and give verbal pitches. You’ll run or support the running of a bid team and will work with a range of other individuals in putting the Salesforce solution into our responses.

Key Responsibilities:
Estimate solutions using your expertise and TCS’s estimating guidelines.
Support offshore teams in the pricing and commercial structure of deals between $25K and $10M
Define the Salesforce components required to meet the business goals.
Define how the components of Salesforce solution relate to each other and how they will support the capability or business area.
Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity.
Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the business architecture integrity.
Work with other architects to ensure the application components align with a specific architecture component and meet performance goals.
Identify risks and assumptions associated with the applications.

Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology field or equivalent work experience
12+ years’ experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
Experience in architecting/leading Contact Center Transformations
Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification + Developer and Architect Certification from Salesforce.com is preferred.
