Description:
The candidate for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms is responsible for:
* Managing business relations, define and create new consumer based marketing business processes.
* This position works closely with business users, program managers, development leads, and development teams to deliver the solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms and related applications.
* Experience in Marketing Technologies
* Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms & Pardot
* Masters in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
* Software engineering experience
* Experience in Salesforce ecosystem, must have working experience with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com Applications
* Experience in enterprise architecture
* Must have experience with at least one JavaScript framework (Angular, ExtJS, Node.JS, etc
* Understanding of common enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and ArchiMate.
* Working experience with messaging systems and developing transactional systems
* Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, program management, and business users about business process, requirements and design constraints
* Proven Salesforce.com integration and administrative skills
* Must have CPQ, Subscription, Renewal business knowledge
