Title: Salesforce Lead Admin / Developer
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Type: Fulltime
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Requirements:

Experience in a Salesforce.com Technical Admin / Developer role (3+ years);
Experience maintaining Veeva Vault;
Experience in the biotech / pharma space with implementation and support of IT projects;
Experience supporting and performing large application test plans (functional UAT and SIT integration);
Experience with system and application monitoring;
Experience managing vendors and external business partners;
Salesforce / Veeva certifications (Administrator and/or Developer certifications in particular);
Experience developing native ios mobile applications (preferred);
Sharepoint experience (preferred);
B.A./B.S. degree.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall configuration, design, and functionality of the Salesforce / Veeva Vault functions;
Build and maintain mobile solutions leveraging Salesforce.com as a platform;
Configure and maintain the functional objects of Salesforce.com;
Create and manage workflow rules, data validations, triggers, and object customizations;
Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated triage of support issues, working with diverse user groups;
Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the CRM platform;
Assist in the evaluation of new Veeva & Salesforce.com functionality and App Exchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business;
Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications;
Support the Veeva BPO in the development of full process SOPs and training when applicable;
Participate in the Agile development process.
