Position Description / Description of Duties:
eDataForce Consulting LLC has an opening for a Salesforce EA Lead Architect, Remote location. This person can reside anywhere in the US. Must have access to a major airport. This is a Contact of 6 Months contract to hire .

Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

Seasoned senior consultant. Mature. Results-oriented.
Has served in the capacity of Architect (Application, Enterprise, Salesforce, and/or other
Expert in all things SalesForce. Stays up-to-date with evolving technologies and can attack new problems as they arise.
Supports consultancy’s growth opportunities as well as the project at hand.
Personable and competent in interpersonal client relationships.
Can explain benefits and drawbacks effectively in order to guide client concerns and decisions.
Extremely good in gathering requirements and environment specifications.
Produce detailed functional and technical specifications.
Interface with stakeholders to determine the evolving needs (Business & Build Teams
Provide standards, framework, code reviews and guidance to build organizations.
Produce and maintain the appropriate technical and architectural documentation.
Strong team player, leader and communicator.

Skills Required:

MS in Computer Science from a good school, with GPA of 3.5 or above.
Minimum 12+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture background
Must have Salesforce technical experience.
Must understand how SalesForce business models work.
Must understand how to navigate SF’s developer support system to obtain answers/resolve issues.
Must have experience in:
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Building APIs
Integration Layer and ESB
Cloud Computing
Open Source technologies
Certifications preferred:
Salesforce Technical Architect, and/or
Salesforce Domain Specialist, and/or
Salesforce Domain Architect
PMP would also be a plus
PeopleSoft Financials experience is a huge plus
Good understanding of Business/IT- alignment
Must have solid understanding of EA frameworks
Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
A self-starter, motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion
Excellent communication skills
