Role : Salesforce Lead
Location : Grapevine, TX
Duration : Full time

Description:
Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce.com
Core Hands on Experience in Commerce Cloud Expert
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Cloud Commerce ( Demand ware)
Good understanding of e-commerce
Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, lightening and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
Understanding of Server side and Client side technologies
Understand Marketing Cloud, and Sales Analytics
Good to have work experience in Retail business domain/segment
Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation point of view
Participate in Design, Documentation to match the functional requirements
Create High Level Estimation, Execution Plan and work with PM to Fine tune Execution plans
Design/propose technical solution options
Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements along with the relevant stakeholders
Produce a detailed technical solution design document to match the functional requirements
Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points, etc.
Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts to provide the technical guidance whenever required
Participate and lead all the technical discussions with team as well as all other stakeholders
Define best practices for project support and documentation
Provide Customer Training as required
