We are seeking an experienced, customer focused, and highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our team of professionals providing outstanding IT services. SEM (Strategic Enrollment Management) is requesting resources to further the initiative of supporting the growth of the college through increased enrollment.

This position is to support and drive further development and deployment of critical services with the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management SalesForce is the supporting application to assist, manage, and report the prospect funnel for the college. Further development on this platform is needed to increase enrollment with the use of additional features and reporting to show the pipeline and maturity of our prospective students. It will also increase the visibility of the currently enrolled student and provide early alert statuses of those students who need further communication and tracking.
