Salesforce.com Developer
The Salesforce.com Developer will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our CRM platform.
This individual will be an integral member of the Sales and Marketing Technology team within Mutual Funds IT working with peers (internal and external) to develop and maintain a world class CRM platform and will work closely with the business to ensure our technology aligns with their requirements and will support the growth of the firm.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing and managing/maintaining solutions built on the salesforce.com platform
Managing various data loading activities in and out of salesforce.com
Providing technical guidance and feasibility of CRM solutions
Performing testing on salesforce.com releases
Acting as internal subject matter expert on salesforce.com
Working closely with both our salesforce.com technical lead and our website technical lead on miscellaneous projects
The ideal candidate should possess:
Solid understanding of the salesforce platform and its architecture
3-5 years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL
2-3 years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS
Experience with Lightning app development preferred
Experience leveraging web services to integrate Salesforce with external apps (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc)
Experience with a relational database preferred (mssql, oracle, db2, etc)
Experience with Wave helpful
Solid understanding of 3rd party salesforce.com data loading and data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.
Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps (Conga, etc
Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification a plus
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
Superior testing and quality control skills
Technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
