Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the technical deployment of a Salesforce Service Cloud for HR implementation integrated with an AppExchange portal product. Role does require hands on development. Integrations with Workday included. Knowledge of SFDC interactions with SSO and/or Multi Factor Authentication is a plus as that will be required. Other requirements: auto case creation based on transactions or activities in Workday, Workday to Salesforce integration will require logic to translate Workday data to Salesforce personas/public groups. Role will also be required to identify and manage technical risks and issues and work with product team to resolve some of the issues.
