Job Description :
Primary Skill:

· 3+ years of experience in SFDC with Salesforce Certification.

· Hands on experience with solving salesforce issues within the application configuration and scripting experience

· Ticket Management

· System owner responsibilities Enhancement/bug-fixes

· Offshore coordination

· Ad-hoc request resolution

· Attending status calls and providing necessary reports

· Ability to respond quickly

· Ability to act as an effective bridge between various stakeholders, including the offshore team

· Hands on experience with solving sales force issues within the application
