Job Title: Sales force Technical Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Essential Duties:

Provide overall technical lead and release management services for our offshore deliverables.

Oversee both Dev and QA teams and deliverables.

Interacts with the US delivery team. Can perform release management.

Reviews and clarifies current system capabilities, workflow, and limitations

Reviews and clarifies functional and non-functional requirements

Reviews and/or develops technical requirements

Develops and/or enhances application and database components of Salesforce system

Responsible for designing new Salesforce solutions and developing effective implementation and back out plans

Coordinates the installation of updates/changes to Salesforce programs and system

Develops custom integration solutions including enhancements to major interfaces

Participates as necessary in the development of test cases, test scenarios, and test plans to support business requirements

Contributes towards building customized applications by making the best use of point-and-click capabilities of the Salesforce platform

Responsible for adding value to the project in all phases – definition, development, and deployment

Researches, evaluates and recommends new tools and applications for use

Identifies and implements changes, modifications, monitoring, and testing according to approved business requirements

Provides training/knowledge transfer to other IT staff on functionality developed or enhanced

Soft Skills:

Knowledge and experience in the business areas of manufacturing and/or sales

Highly analytical with a natural curiosity about technology and the ability to consume and process large amounts of information

Ability to develop solutions requiring analysis and research

Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills

Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the organization''s culture

Ability to cultivate an understanding of what the business is trying to achieve while working with a standard technology stack to define effective and efficient solutions

Proven ability to deliver projects within short timelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management

Ability to work on one or more projects as a project team member; may coach more junior technical staff

Ability to work in a decentralized team and communicates using virtual communications tools (phone, conferencing, web meetings)

Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and be a self-starter; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive

Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Technical and soft skills, must also have demonstrated experience in Lightning implementations

Development experience with the following Salesforce products:

Sales Cloud in Lightning modes

Service Cloud
