Job Description :
Salesforce Developers with Pharmaceutical Experience.

Provide technical design, configuration and execution support for Salesforce and associated modules and platforms. Understand and provide support for data integration designs that impact the salesforce platforms. Provide internal technology expertise to drive technology use and investment forward in a sustainable, consistent manner leveraging cloud and software as a service.

· Deep technical expertise on including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, CLM presentations, sampling and Insights.
· Comfortable with ambiguity.
· Strong ability to balance structure and discipline with agility in the delivery or projects.
· Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical terms and stakeholders.
· Proactive; anticipates project risks and issues and communicates or resolves effectively.
· Hands-on development experience with The ability to understand integration capabilities across the products in the suite and base functionality is necessary.
· Lead external technical resources as part of the Salesforce platform.

· Relevant Bachelor''s degree in Computer Sciences, MIS, Life Sciences, Business; or equivalent experience.
· A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative and technical configuration experience with

· Specific industry experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries, especially in the areas of Sales Operations and Data Management.
