Job Description :
Salesforce Developer Essential Functions:
Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications, conduct research, technical analysis, design, development, testing and
implementation for salesforce projects and enhancements based on best practices
Manage platform operations to facilitate continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment promoting clicks before code
Effectively estimate level of effort for development & identify tasks necessary to deliver projects in line with stakeholder expectations. Help identify tasks
necessary to deliver projects in line with stakeholder expectations.
Create custom objects when necessary
Manage and develop on-going configuration, customization of Salesforce Communities and related applications
Provide day-to-day support and resolve Community and Integration issues quickly.
Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML.
Integrate third party products with existing infrastructure.
Update & create technical documentation for existing Salesforce customization & integrations.
Work with Salesforce.com team to identify opportunities to replace code with configuration and automation.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
