Job Description :
Location: Abbott Park, IL, 60064
Duration: 2 months
Responsibilities
Primarily serve as Salesforce technical consultant to design, build, documentation, and test and deploy Salesforce applications predominantly on the Service Cloud.
Build custom Salesforce custom application and enhance existing service cloud functionality and support upgrading to Lightening.
Implement Salesforce applications that include, but not limited to, Live Agent, Appointment scheduler and Workforce Management.
As a Technical Lead, participate in the requirements/design discussions, evaluate Salesforce AppExchange products and provide recommendations.
Work directly with HRIS team to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
Provide support to perform activities related to Salesforce Admin, Developer and Service Cloud.
Support User Acceptance testing and hypercare – Trouble shoots, analyzes, researches and resolves issues/cases.
Implement Salesforce APIs/Integrations with other SaaS products (e.g. Workday), Browser Applications and Outlook/O365, and Telephony system (CTI) and Support deploying Salesforce APIs in the browser Applications
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management

Desired Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation projects including Lightening, Omni-Channel, Wave Analytics and Einstein functionality.
Must to have Salesforce Advanced Developer, Admin and Service Cloud Certifications.

MUST HAVE
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, Force.com IDE, Web Services, and XML, Lightening and their use in the development of CRM solutions
Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex cla.
