Main things to consider: Person should be able to stand alone and work w/o much support. Wants someone who can work the full life cycle of the product from requirements all the way to the testing stage (they won’t be doing the testing Someone who really loves web development.
2 years of Salesforce experience and 5 years of web development experience in ANY way. AWS, JVA etc. doesn’t matter.
