This person will support the development, configuration, and system admin duties for SalesForce.com Service Cloud in support of Virtual Assistant, Chat, Email, and Social.
Strong AppExch and Lightning development skills needed for this role.
They should have excellent communication and writing skills to document the system, and be able to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment.
Also, knowledge transfer capabilities to existing staff.
Developing in Lightening
This person needs Java
If they have Agile Experience that is a bonus.
UI experience (design thinking ) required
