Job Description :
Direct experience and development using Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud including customization, configuration, and integration.
Direct experience with email marketing, email blasts, email campaigns.
Experience with digital and print media campaigns.
Experience managing sales, marketing operations, and marketing automation.
Strong SFDC knowledge and integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools
Strong technical foundation including: 2-5+ yrs experience with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java.
Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches to successful project implementations; including Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and PMBOK project management principles.
Ability to lead, motivate, encourage and influence others to perform towards a common goal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across business groups.
Working knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply federal and state policies and rules regarding IT.
Be able to communicate with staff and users on technical and nontechnical issues.
Experience Required:
2-5 years of Salesforce experience: strong understanding of Salesforce platform (custom objects, Apex, reports, process builder, lead conversion, etc
2-5 years of Marketing Automation
2-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Developing Digital and Print Media
Campaigns, marketing, and email marketing optimization
