Salesforce Developer -Irving ,TX - 6-12 Plus Months Contract - ( ONLY FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW )
Update 1/18 - We need new candidates on this one ASAP. Candidates must be willing to come for an in-person interview. Manager will not hire off of Skype/WebEx. We have now had three candidates get to the in-person round and then back out because they are unwilling to come for a face-to-face.

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a contract opportunity in Irving, TX! The selected resource will be responsible for, but not limited to, defining solution specifications from business requirements document, configure/build Salesforce.com solutions and associated data management logic, and design/build/support integrations with external systems.



Required Skills

4+ years of experience configuring and building Salesforce.com solutions

Working knowledge of Apex development and Visualforce Page development

Working knowledge of web services development using restAPI, SOAP services, etc.

Working knowledge of extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools and other data management tools (including Data Loader)

Good understanding of Salesforce governance limits

Experience managing Batch Apex and Scheduled Jobs

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salesforce.com Platform Developer Certification

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning (JavaScript is a plus - this is similar to Lightning development)

Experience with Salesforce.com Community Cloud

Proficient in SQLs and DMLs with Microsoft SQL Server Databases

2+ years of experience with the full life-cycle of service-oriented architecture (SOA) including XML, SOAP, and WSDL technologies

Demonstrated work experience in working with diverse set of users E.g. Sales, Back office personnel and management

Business analysis skills and experience with business systems is a plus



Excellent Communication is a MUST
