Job Description :
The Salesforce Force.com Developer will design and build unique, internal (and potentially external) customer-based solutions for extending the value of our Salesforce application. Using the Salesforce platform and the force.com developer toolkit (i.e. Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Services & Metadata APIs), this developer resource will configure and/or build salesforce product extensions and develop new applications on the force.com platform in support of client business requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform technical evaluations, solution and design approaches to business solution needs
Lead and/or contribute to the technical side of projects, manage internal customer relationships with the business and create solutions to meet business challenges
Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
Define technical approach through collaboration with Technical Architect and other team members and ensure detailed task documentation in support of solution is developed
Create integration and development project plans and designs with the assistance of the scrum master and project manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has the following work and skills related experience:
Strong technical design skills with a creative flare in devising products and solutions to meet business needs
Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred
Knowledge of enterprise systems; Customer Relationship Management, Contract Management, Case Management, Opportunity Management, Analytics, Market Cloud, Field Service, etc.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
Experience with extract, transformation and load tools
Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

EDUCATION AND GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate
Technical skills: Salesforce, Apex, JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML and style sheet
Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
Fundamental understanding of Web Services
o SOAP/XML/Https
o Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
Object Oriented Development Skills (Java or .Net)
JavaScript/HTML/AJAX knowledge
